Learn in the comfort of your own space. Sessions typically last 75-90 minutes. Each participant will receive individual coaching to ensure safety, comfort, and understanding. You will learn asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditations, mudras and mantras to help you activate and master the kundalini. Sessions can be tailored to target specific areas such as weight loss, strength, or particular chakra regions. If you want to commit to a series of sessions on a weekly/monthly basis, I will gladly accommodate you. Online sessions are also available via Zoom.
